Private policy and personal data
LÉON GROSSE is comitted to respected privacy and protecting personal data, and undertakes to process your personal data in accordance with the Genereal Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), and the amended law n°78/679 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms (Data Protection Act).
This commitment involves the collection of personal data limited to the mininum necessary for the execution of projects, and explicit consent for any transmission of data.
The personal data collected on the site results from voluntary communication by the user when submitting an electronic message through the contact form, or an application for a job offer. The data thus collected is only used to transmit the requested information and is deleted after a maximum period indicated below.
In the case of a job application (surname, first name, email adress, attachments, CV and cover letter), this data is kept for a maximum of 2 years.
In the case of personal data obtained via forms (surname, first name, email adress, telephone, postal adress), personal data is deleted after 36 months, unless there is a need for communication specified in the form.
The personal information voluntarily left by users is for internal use only. It will not be transmitted to third parties. The names of the people or services receiving thus information are listed on the pages of the site.
If you believe, after contacting us, that your 'Data Protection Act' rights have not been respected, in the event of an unsatisfactory response, you have the right to refer the matter to the CNIL (National Data Protection Commission).

Cookies
When browsing this site, information relating to your navigation may be recorded in "cookies" files installed on your device.

- For Mozilla Firefox: Choose the "Tool" menu then "Options," click on the "Privacy" icon, locate the "Retention rules" menu and select the "Use custom settings for history" option. Select the desired level.
- For Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0 and above: choose the "Tools" menu, then "Internet Options," click on the "Privacy" tab. Select the desired level using the cursor.
- For Opera 6.0 and above: in the main menu, select "Settings," click on "Privacy & security" in the sidebar and under "Cookies" select the options that suit you.
- For Safari: in the Safari menu choose "Preferences" > "Security" or "Privacy" and select the options that suit you.
Do not forget, however, to configure all the browsers of your different devices (tablets, smartphones, computers, etc.).
